Training log 2015

The plan for 2015:  Start in January emphasizing walking building up to 40-45 miles per week;  building the long runs up to 15-20 miles.  Steady ramp to 60-70 miles in preparation for Leona Divide 50 on April 18.  Then, start 3-4 training cycles for AC100 on Aug. 1.

Double workouts are denoted, e.g., 4+2;  most mileage below 3 or 4 miles are recovery walks.
