Training log, post fracture rehab 2014

Note Aug 24, 2014:   With a month of PT under my belt following 7 weeks non-weight-bearing after fracturing my acetablum (hip socket) in a fall while training in the mountains, I've started walking again.  My plan is to rebuild my strength walking for a few months before re-starting running, to give my legs, feet and most importantly my bones time to strengthen.
