update

Light run, 6.2 mile "runch".  Good heat training.   Reclaimed shoes worked  great.

Hip routines this week:

M:  SRLs, glute bridges, kickouts
T:    Clamshells, RDLs, kee ups, sitting knee ups
W   Stair step ups; dynamic lunges;  pullups, pushups, situps
